How to Apply
- Graduates passed out in Spring 2022, Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 having transcripts are eligible for regsitration of the 4th Graduation Ceremony to be held on February 18th, 2024.
- Graduates who have not transcripts must apply for transcripts by December 20th, 2023 to participate in the Graduation Ceremony.
- Graduates who have not applied for transcripts by December 20th, 2023 are not eligible for registration.
- Only the registered Graduates are eligible to participate in the graduation ceremony.

Degree/Level Batches M.Phil/MS Programs Fall 2020 BS Programs Fall 2018 DPT Fall 2017 - The graduates who hve received their degrees are also eligible for registration without fee.
- Graduates can apply online for registration for 4th Graduation ceremony(convocation) by clicking on the following link: https://convocation.riphahfsd.edu.pk/apply
- Click on “Create Your account”. Enter your registration number and password. You can enter password from your own. Your account will be created by signup. A message will be displayed on successful signup and login button will be displayed.
- Please click the login button and enter your registration number & password you have selected while signup.
- On successful Log in, a form will be displayed in which the data of the graduate will be displayed. The graduate can change/enter his/her phone number and email id in the form, the other data cannot be edited. Press Register button to complete registration.
- Download challan form and submit the fee of Rs 10000/- in the given accounts
- Upload scanned copy of the paid voucher in upload section.
- After uploading the fee voucher, the registration will be approved after one day. The SMS will be sent to the graduate about the approval of his/her registration. The message will also be displayed in the portal.
- Download your entry pass from the portal by clicking Download Entry pass button.
- Gowns and caps will be given take away free of cost to the registered graduates who have paid registration fee.
- Graduates can apply for registration by visiting the Student Services Department of the campus.
- Medalist Graduates can register one guest without fee.
