Program Objectives

-> To enhance the students understanding regarding human diversity in the political-economic, socio-political, socio-cultural, and socio-ecological forces that influence the process of social change and development.

-> To prepare future scholars of sociology abreast with different sociological paradigms and social research methods that effect the thinking process of a sociologist and ultimately his/her contribution for social development.
