This course introduces students to the various disciplines within social sciences, including sociology, psychology, and political science etc. Students explore the importance of understanding human behavior and social structures in addressing societal challenges and fostering community development.

MS Media Studies Program Educational Objectives
The MS Media Studies program aims to:
Pursue professional practices in media studies or advanced studies based on the technical skills and knowledge in media production, communication theory, media ethics, and supported disciplines.
Encourage students to develop and use abstract models in addition to applying respective methodologies and technologies in practical and innovative media situations.
Provide practical skills to the students to initiate their career in media organizations, broadcasting companies, digital media firms, and related fields.
Prove mastery of the media studies knowledge and skills necessary to work as a professional media specialist, by demonstrating an understanding of current media models, production techniques, and communication practices.
Provide formal foundations for higher learning and contribute to the advancement of knowledge and innovation in the field of media studies.
