PhD Management Sciences Program Educational Objectives
The PhD Management Sciences program aims to:
Pursue professional practices in management sciences or advanced research based on the technical skills and knowledge in organizational behavior, strategic management, human resource management, and supported disciplines.
Encourage students to develop and use abstract models in addition to applying respective methodologies in practical and scholarly situations.
Provide practical skills to the students to initiate their career in academic institutions, research organizations, corporate sector, and various organizations related to management sciences.
Prove mastery of the management sciences knowledge and skills necessary to work as a professional management scientist, by demonstrating an understanding of current management models, analytical techniques, and scholarly practices.
